I am a self proclaimed yoga junky. It's my go-to workout. When I first hopped on the obé Fitness website, I immediately went to the yoga section to check out the offerings.

There is an amazing selection of yoga classes, from short classes that focus on one particular body part to longer classes that work the whole body. I left my first class feeling electric, sparking a positive charge for the rest of my day. I had a busy day ahead of me, but I was proud of myself for making time for self care. It probably helped that my first yoga class was set to hip hop music. How fun! Why have I not been doing yoga to hip hop all along???
As I continued to explore the website and app, I decided to branch out and try something new! I even used the obé Fitness app at the gym. I had been eyeing up the display of kettle balls for weeks, but I had always been too intimidated to try a workout. Luckily the obé Fitness app lets you filter your workout by type of workout, musical preferences, length, and equipment. I found a 28-minute kettle ball lower body workout, set to hip hop music, and decided to try something new!
Having the obé Fitness app made me feel confident enough to try an exercise that I otherwise might have skipped. Now that I've tried one new piece of equipment, I am looking forward to exploring the gym further... app at hand.
Another great thing about obé Fitness is that you can take it anywhere. Not only did I use my app at the gym to help explore new equipment, I also brought it on a recent work trip so that I could squeeze in a workout in my hotel room. As I said before, I know that I feel better when I move my body each day.
I had a jam-packed trip for work, but I was still able to get in an upper body workout in my hotel room using nothing but a towel and two water bottles. I was actually shocked by how great of a workout I got in using so little equipment. And making that time for my physical and mental health before heading out for the day put me in an amazing mindset.
